Data collected

This website only collects the data you enter in the contact form: first name, last name, company, email, phone (optional), country, need and message, as well as the site and language from which the request is sent.

To prevent abuse, the sender’s IP address is used in pseudonymised form (a non-reversible fingerprint) in a counter that expires after 30 minutes and is then deleted automatically.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used to respond to your request and for the related business follow-up. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the dedicated checkbox.

Recipients

Your request is sent by email to the Cloudzone inbox that handles business enquiries, hosted on Microsoft 365. Sending is performed by a technical service hosted on Amazon Web Services (Ireland region), which does not store the content of the request. These providers act as processors; hosting may involve a transfer outside the controller’s country. The data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
